Ingredients:
• 1 10 oz jar of Mrs. Ruth’s Balsamic Strawberry Jam
• 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional or to taste for spicer sauce)
• 2 pounds of frozen meatballs (or pre-cooked sausages, like Lil’ Smokie Sausages, cut links of Kielbasa or chicken sausages)
• Cooking spray or 1 teaspoon cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Whisk together Mrs. Ruth’s Balsamic Strawberry Jam, barbecue sauce, mustard, Sriracha, salt, and peppers in a medium bowl.
2. Lightly coat slow cooker with cooking spray or coat with vegetable oil.
3. Add meat to slow cooker
4. Pour in sauce and toss to coat
5. Cover and cook on High until sauce has thickened, 2-2 1/2 hours, stirring halfway through. Or cook in 350-degree oven in Dutch oven for 30 minutes.
