- Add confectioners’ sugar and beat until incorporated. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Fold in Mrs. Ruth’s Strawberry Lemonade Jam gently until swirled through — don’t fully mix for a beautiful marbled effect.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped pistachios and fresh strawberries.
- Serve immediately with fresh fruit, crackers, or pretzels.
Tips & Notes
- Room temperature cream cheese: Cold cream cheese won’t whip smoothly — pull it out 30 minutes before you start.
- Make it ahead: This dip holds beautifully in the fridge for up to 3 days. Give it a quick stir before serving and add fresh garnishes right before.
- Marbled vs. fully mixed: Fold the jam in gently for a pretty pink swirl, or mix fully for an even blush-pink dip throughout.
- Sweeten to taste: The jam adds sweetness — start with less powdered sugar and adjust after folding in the jam.
