Ingredients
- 2 prepared graham cracker crusts (chocolate graham cracker crust also works great)
- 1 (4 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand)
- 1 cup whipped cream or prepared whipped topping
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, mashed or sliced
- ⅓ cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 (10 oz) jar Mrs. Ruth's Simply Strawberry Jam
- ½ cup whipped cream, for garnish
- ½ cup prepared fudge sauce (optional)
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until fully combined and smooth.
- Fold in the mashed or sliced strawberries and chopped pecans.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until just combined.
- If using fudge sauce, spread an even layer across the bottom of each crust.
- Divide the filling evenly between the two crusts.
- Spoon Mrs. Ruth's Simply Strawberry Jam generously over the top of each pie.
- Freeze until firm and ready to serve.
- Garnish with whipped cream just before serving, if desired.
