Tips & Notes

  • Adjust to taste: Start with 2 tablespoons of jam and add more for a sweeter, more citrus-forward drink.
  • Make a pitcher: Multiply the jam and lemon juice mixture and refrigerate it for up to 3 days. Add sparkling water and ice per glass when ready to serve.
  • Make it a cocktail: Add 1–2 oz of gin or vodka for a bright, citrusy adult spritzer.
  • Garnish upgrade: A sprig of fresh rosemary or a few fresh mint leaves adds an herbal note that pairs beautifully with the citrus.

  • Try also: Mrs. Ruth's Strawberry Lemonade Jam or Orange Fig Marmalade as a swap for a different citrus twist
  • Garnish with: A salted rim and a sprig of thyme for a more sophisticated presentation
